The place was clean and comfortable beds what I needed to rest with my family is not luxurious but clean rooms which is very important especially when traveling with children
They should improve the appearance of the hotel in the surrounding area

It was "too much with too much", I didn't find any criticism in the accommodation. I was able to enjoy the attractions and/or sights at both Pigeon Forge TN: The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, Old Mill Restaurant, Hollywood Wax Museum, Castle of Chaos, Hannah's Maze of Mirrors in Myrtle Beach, Outbreak Dread the Undead; at Gatlinburg TN: Ober Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway, Gatlinburg Space Needle and Great Smoky Mountains"-Rainbow Trail National Park. In addition, hotel offered free pancake breakfast tickets at Reagan's House of Pancakes and upgraded to a $5. 00 breakfast buffet. breakfast was fantastic and delicious.
I have nothing negative to say.

The staff was incredibly nice. the room was exceptionally clean and updated with 2 bedrooms and internet access. the hotel has a central location within walking distance of most attractions on the parkway. It is a short walk to the center of Pigeon Forge action, Knoxville, shops, and restaurants.
